ww2dbaseTordenskjold, a 3858-ton coast defense battleship, was built in England. Launched in 1897, she served in the Norwegian Navy until captured during the German conquest in April 1940. She was taken over by the German Navy, converted to an antiaircraft ship and renamed Nymphe. Bombed and beached in May 1945, she was scrapped in 1948.
