Much published photograph of Bf 110's flying
over Budapest, Hungary sometime in 1944.
You can see the Hungarian Parliament building
visible in the background.
Messerschmitt Bf 110 code(DE+MP)was assigned
to Ausb.Kdo Zerstorer, the full German name of the training unit is "Ausbildungskdo" this
unit operated in Hungary, training Hungarian crews flying the Messerschmitt Bf 110C-4 and
G models.
Note the yellow fuselage band of its last
assigned unit, that was 6./ZG1.
This photo is often (erroneously) published
in connection with Hungary's occuption by
the Germans in March 1944.
