Satellite Images of Mulberry Harbor
The Mulberries were aritificial constructed by the western Allies to aid the transfer of vehicles, supplies, and other equipment to troops in Normandy. Mulberry Harbor B, established off Gold Beach near Arromanches, France has been captured by Google Maps. To the south, the Bayeux War Cemetery is where 4,654 British and Commonwealth soldiers rest in peace.
