Your caption "German Army SdKfz. 221 armored car crossing from Passau, Germany into Schärding, Austria, 13 Mar 1938" is not quite accurate. The armored car is crossing from Neuhaus am Inn, not Passau. Passau is 15 Km (10 miles) north of Schärding.
