If every *** kamikaze pilot had crashed against battleship hardened hulls, a lot of US crewmembers had saved their lives ...

My dad was on this ship at this time. He survived and helped make the repairs to get it up and running again. He did a video about being on the ship and the attacks. He was 96 when he made the video. He died in April 2023 at age 97.
