It looks like a Nardi FN 305C. A few of the radial-engined variants were built as single-seaters by Piaggio. Nardi amalgamated with Breda to become Breda-Nardi. B-N is now part of Gruppo Leonardo. Piaggio survived financial difficulties as Piaggio Aerospace.
