SLEEP, NEVER ENOUGH TO GO AROUND:

Looks like our crewmen is taking much needed sack time. Location looks like the tunnel between the two pressurized sections of the bomber. The tunnel ran through the tops of the two bomb bays
The tail gunner had his own pressurized area and to leave, he had to depressurize before he could enter or leave...

SLIM FAST:

Did you know that the diameter of the tunnel was
finalized by a heavy set Boeing chief engineer able to get through on the aircraft mockup...
