More on those instruments boxes. Looks like
they could be the radio and D/F equipment.
My mistake, the Lichtenstein SN2 radar would
be located above this equipment. Do the best I can, with what information I have.
Best wishes,
Bill
If anyone has more information fill me in

NIGHT FIGHTER:
Aircraft could be a late model Messerschmitt Bf 110G check out the heavy canopy framework and roll over (crash pylon) bar w/seat harness behind the pilots head.
Windshield was fitted w/armor depending on model from 57mm to 90mm thick. Instruments look like radio and D/F equipment. Not installed above these instruments would be the Lichtenstein airborne radar equipment, but I'm just guessing here. Looks like our pilot has been issued the leather LKp W 101 flying helmet

Good forward photo of pilots cockpit note
the crash pylon behind pilots seat, and his
shoulder harness. Aircraft has heavy canopy
frame work.
Instrument panel looks like the SN-2 radar
set. Looks like a Messerschmitt Bf 110G-4
