  • Finnish forces attacked the Soviet beachhead on the island of Someri, Finland, while Finnish and German vessels sank four Soviet torpedo boats off the coast. At about noon time, after suffering 126 deaths, the remaining 149 Soviet troops surrendered. ww2dbase [Someri | CPC]
