ww2dbaseThe 7.5 cm Feldkanone (FK) 7M85 field guns were designed between 1944 and early 1945. Accepted in 1945, they were in production for only a short while before Germany's defeat. These field guns were meant to be dual purpose guns, providing artillery fire to infantry while also doubling as anti-tank weapons. They were mounted on split trail carriages.Source: Wikipedia ww2dbase
