ww2dbaseTechnical Sergeant Warren A. Boecklen was a combat photographer with the US Army. Before the war, he was a photographer with The Associated Press in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. He was attached to US units in southeast China and took several notable photographs of General Joseph Stilwell in India and in Burma.
