This is SS-Brigadeführer and Gauleiter Hans Krebs. You are right that Wehrmacht General Hans Krebs wore a monocle but this is not him. This Hans Krebs is seen here wearing his Gauleiter insignia.

Who is who? Is this the SS Krebs or the Wehrmacht general? I thought the general wore a monocle.
