To Anonymous of 26 Sep 2018: The original German spelling is Kapitänleutnant. This caption makes use of a literal translation into English, title "Captain" modified by "Lieutenant". When compared side by side with a structure of naval ranks in English speaking countries, it would equate to that of a Lieutenant Commander.
