Famous WW2 Quote
"All that silly talk about the advance of science and such leaves me cold. Give me peace and a retarded science."Thomas Dodd, late 1945

Over 2,000 factory workers fought against the Germans at the Stalingrad Tractor Factory
that produced the famous T-34(STZ)Model 1942.
THE T-34 TAKING ON MYTHICAL PROPORTIONS...
During the battle of Stalingrad many of the T-34s were driven off the production line into battle without primer to protect the bare steel or camouflage green paint, while some parts of the tank would have had primer paint applied many didn't.
Many of the tanks didn't even even carry the 7.62mm machine gun mounted.
Factory workers would hop on the tanks armed with rifles to fight against the Germans. Truth or Myth, usually truth is somewhere in between, the T-34 was one of the major weapons used during WWII, that helped defeat the Germans, stories have been told about the T-34 and its brave tankers, when out of ammunition, they rammed the German tanks, the Germans would knock out dozens, of T-34s and dozens more would replace it.
The Stalingrad Tractor Factory produced some 3,770 of the model T-34(STZ). By the end of 1945, 57,000 T-34s had been built.
"Quanity has a quality all its own"..the T-34
