The men in this photo are Prince Naruhiko, Mamoru Shigemitsu, Mitsumasa Yonai, Chikuhei Nakajima, Fumimaro Konoe, Chuzo Iwata, Kenzo Matsumura, Kotaro Sengoku, Iwao Yamasaki, Juichi Tsushima, Naoto Kohiyama, Taketora Ogata, and Naokai Murase.
