i have a signature scroll all signed by the 25 japanese men on theInternational Military Tribunal in 46-48. this was signed complimentingmy great uncle Let. Herbert Herring for his help.
signatures are of ALL 25 men. is this something a museum or collectorwould be interested? I can send pictures.
