The three Chinese officials seen here with the Doolittle Raiders are: General Ho, director of the Branch Government of Western Chekiang Province, Henry H. Shen, bank manager, and Chao Foo Ki, secretary of the Western Chekiang Province Branch Government.

Doolittle was a Lieutenant Colonel at the time this photo was taken; not a Major General.
