Famous WW2 Quote
"With Germany arming at breakneck speed, England lost in a pacifist dream, France corrupt and torn by dissension, America remote and indifferent... do you not tremble for your children?"Winston Churchill, 1935

My father Charles J. Lincoln was one of the men in charge of the 51st defense batallion. He is still alive and living in Maine. Are there others who are still alive? If anyone reads this and knows my father, I'd like to hear from you. He talks about the war every single night. He is 93 and can still communicate.
