The 4 Troops in smocks are Italians.
FJs wouldn't be wearing full Italian uniforms & equipment.

It is not Cassino, grouping Nimbus with FJ 4 Division. Ardea Area (Rome) on the left Marshal Canova, died a few days later

One guy appears to have lost an arm and none appear to be wearing German paratrooper helmets. Could they be Italians rather than Germans?
