My father also served on LCT-855 during the D-day campaign. His name is Rudolph (Vinnie) Porcellini. He was a boatswain. He is still living and will be turning 90 soon.

My father served on LCT 855 during the D-DAY campaign. He was an SFC at the time.His name was Herbert J. Flowers.
