Russia 'Mocking' WWII Ceremonies

A group of world political figures submitted an open letter to Russia, attacking its anti-democratic track record, and advised that Russia's plans to celebrate the 60th anniversity of WW2 would make a mockery of the sacrifices committed by the world to keep Europe free.
