Thomas Houlihan's new book Kriegsprache is now available

The new book Kriegsprache by Thomas Houlihan, a WW2DB contributor, is now available.

Four years in the making, Kriegsprache is a glossary of WWII German military and period specific words, phrases, and abbreviations. Over 7,000 abbreviations and more than 17,500 words and phrases have been collected to aid the student, historian, and researcher in translating and understanding German documents, letters, and reports from WWII. Also included are rank comparison charts for various German military and paramilitary formations and a Waffenfarbe chart on the rear cover.

The book is currently available at Lulu and Amazon.

if anyone knows of any pictures of the LSD2 belle grove, please let me know where i can find them,i have a relative who served aboard and would like to see some pictures of his old ship,very sincerly,,,,,chris
