VLADIMIR OUR LAND-BASED SAILOR HAS BEEN ISSUED HIS BLUE FLANELEVKA),PULLOVER SHIRT W/BLUE-JEAN COLLAR,STRIPED NAVAL SHIRT(T-SHIRT)BLACK BELL-BOTTOM TROUSERS AND CAP W/BLACK TALLY.
HE'S ARMED W/PPSh-41 SUB MACHINE GUN, HE COULD BE RECORDING PAY OR PARTY MEETING ATTENDANCE. BORIS OUR COMMISSAR HAS BEEN ISSUED A SINGLE-BREASTED JACKET/TROUSERS WITH PEAK CAP HIS RANK LOOKS LIKE THAT OF A LIEUTENANT.
