Left foreground: Adrian Verdult (dark jacket) Next to him: Gerard Verkuijl, owner of bread bakery trwo doors north of us.
Note St. Donesius Catholic church missing steeple. Building directly behind dad: my grandparent’s house

It seems that they are returning from Zeeland, After the regiment was strongly thinned out and not been able to fight further. Now probably moving (beginning of november) moving to Lier (Antwerp)
