My Dad was a Navy Seabee and participated in operation Oboe 2. He was with the 5th Division-1st Platoon-Company D. He is 91 years old and I am trying compile a history of his service for his great grandson. I am drawing a blank on his time on Borneo. He also served in the Peleliu action. Can you suggest any resources that I might use? Thanks In advance

Famous WW2 Quote
"You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."
