I would like to use this photograph in a well referenced narticle I've written about the participants and events that led up to the attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbor. I know there are millions of written pages on thesubject, but I've taken a didferent POV on some things. I would like to use this photo. Can you help me find out who holds the copyright on it? Thank you for your time.Ric JordanLT USN (Ret)
