I believe that this incident took place in Paris. There is a video film clip of this woman being stopped, brought to this place, shaved and then standing in line with other female collaborators on public exhibition. There is also a photo of the US Army signal corp photographer taking this picture. Another person took this same scene with a less expensive camera. This is a well publicized picture
