Battle of the Coral Sea:

Of the 18 Japanese (Kate) Torpedo Bombers
committed on May 8, 1942 only ten survived to
recover aboard Suikaku.
Obsolescent by 1942 the Kate played the main
role in sinking US Aircraft Carriers.
