British interpreter standing behind Sevez is Gen. Kenneth William Dobson Strong. Next to Susloparov is Lt Gen Ivan Chermiaev. Incidently, Susloparov's full name is Ivan Alexeyevich Sousloparov---but check me out

Actually, the man behind Sevez in the Naval uniform is not Strong. MajGen Kenneth William Dobson Strong was Eisenhower’s head of intelligence and is in this photo behind Susloparov moving to the camera’s left holding some papers up almost in front of his face.
