The Republic of China governed mainland China until 1949, after which it relocated to Taiwan. OTHER CHINESE FORCE:

Impressive line-up of Heinkel He111A-0s. I'm taking a guess that aircraft belong to the Canton Air Force.
Note Chinese characters on nose. Bombers were camouflaged in a light gray, insignia was a twelve pointed white star on a blue disk with a red outline.
Some aircraft had blue & white tail strips, while others didn't...
