Hi, Mr. Chen.
Calgary AB author bumping around the internet, filling in the blanks after watching the vintage NBC doc. series, Victory At Sea. (Not as good as I remember it as a kid; wouldn't pass muster today). Anyway, re: the caption info on Cruiser Georges Leygues, "Date unknown." You could say circa 1943" based on your own main article, which indicates that seaplanes and catapult were removed for anti-aircraft weaponry. Don't see planes or catapult in this great shot, so likely it was photographed post-1943 re-fit.
