Le Douet de Chouain on the D6 between Bayeux and Tilly sur Seulles is right in the 6DLI area of operation. That tallies with the IWM location information. Not Grandcamp-Maisey, which is in the wrong sector and about 30km away.

Interesting. Grandcamp is in the American sector, between Utah and Omaha. I wonder what these chaps were doing there?
