Any info about my late father, Philip R Wong? He was Aeronautical Engineer at NAS Kanehoe Bay 1944-46. He was in Maintenance Department for PBYs. He was probably the onyl Asian American professional engineer on the base. He was NOT a commissioned naval officer.
