My dad was there that day! He was 3rd Army Infantry under Patton. I have since visted this sight and there is still an American flag flying high over it's ruins! HEROS! EVERYONE OF THEM!

my husband's grandfather george albert menix traveled w/patton along the rhine river as a communications specialist. i'm seeking information of the photo album that was issued to the soldiers as our copies are gone (1-lost in a fire, and the other was "given" to a relative). rebecca7374@comcast.com if you have any info

sorry, i entered the wrong name, his grandfather's name was gilbert albert menix, george was his other grandfather's name, he too was in the war as was a lot of other people's grandfathers, except he was a paratrooper.

I have a violin, which my father took out of an abandoned chateau in Remagen, during WWII. Do you know of any family members looking for its return?
