PRE-FLIGHT BRIEFING:

Officer rank on the left is a Lt. Colonel, next Officer is a 2nd Lieutenant. I can't identify the ranks of the third, fourth and fifth Officers.
Officer on far right, is a full Colonel.
Crews have been issued the beige one piece canvas K/So 34 summer flying suit.
Crews were also armed with German semi-auto pistols, or pistols captured from the occupied countries of different makes.

MEN IN BLACK:

Ground crew in background were known as "Men in Black" because of their black overalls they kept the aircraft flying.

Aircraft in the background is the Junkers Ju-87B-2 (Stuka) that's carrying 2 x 300 liter/66 gallon drop tanks

Bill:
I make it out to be a 1st Lt on the left (one bar, two moustaches), with a 2nd Lt next to him as you said, and a Capt on the right (one bar, three moustaches).
