Wikimedia captions this photo as showing the aircraft being loaded aboard the USS Curtiss but this is incorrect. The companion photo to this one taken at almost the same moment but showing the full length of the ship confirms that this is the Kitty Hawk. See: https://ww2db.com/image.php?image_id=23633
