i was browsing around on the internet looking for someone to draw and I stumbled upon a photo of this man's identification papers.
His name is Ralf-Peter Sauer and he was born in 1909. On the Nizkor Project's website, his name is mentioned on a list of blockfuhrers.
His Nazi Party serial number is 3 549 208.
I don't speak German so it was a bit hard to make out the words on the id but the year 1940 is mentioned on the back.
I hope this helps anyone who was curious and that this info is correct. (i was just messing around on the internet and thought it might be of interest to someone)

I just found a photo of his identification papers (I think they were sold on some collectors site.)
His name is Ralf-Peter Sauer and his name is mentioned on the Nizkor Project's website under a list of Blockfuehrers.
He was born in 1909 and I think this photo was taken around 1940.
I hope this information is correct. I was just messing around on the internet.
