ww2dbaseFleet tender Adolf Lüderitz was commissioned into service in 1940, and throughout the war she supplied torpedoes, depth charges, ammunition, and medical services for smaller craft. She was taken over by the Soviet Union in 1946 and was renamed Pingea. It was in use by the Soviets until 1964, and her fate post-1964 was unknown.
