On the west coast of the United States, only the drydocks at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard were larger than this. At the far forward end of the drydock is the escort carrier USS Petrof Bay. At the right edge is the Sims-class destroyer USS Mustin. The remainder of the drydock is filled with ten LCI landing ships.
