This plan, which was actually taken from a much larger Bremerhaven plan for the entire harbor, was drawn in 1860. Items of interest include: 1) Cornelius shipyard (the first location where Mr. R. C. Rickmers worked, 2) old shipyard dating back to 1830, 3) his residence and 4) the location of the shipyard starting from about 1854.
