Famous WW2 Quote
"All that silly talk about the advance of science and such leaves me cold. Give me peace and a retarded science."Thomas Dodd, late 1945

The pictures on Iwo Jima are outstanding. It's like being there. I compare your pictures with pictures of Iwo Jima today, and it's difficult to comprehend that approximately 28,000 people killed on such a small piece of r/estate. Nearly all Japanese soldiers are buried under ground, with one American still there buried in unmarked cave. It's like going back in time, for Iwo looks the same except for overgrowth of grass. Generations of today and tomorrow must be taught to never forget what the greatest generation did for them.
