the boat to the right is not the Skate it's the USS Bowfin. The Skate was there parked to the right of Bowfin and out of the photo. They had all arrived the same day after a long patrol, pulling into Pearl on July 4, 1945

After many comparisons of several photographs from various websites with conflicting captions, I think you are correct and the caption has been adjusted accordingly (as well as a few other captions). Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
