That is Lt. (maybe Lt. J.G at the time) Roger Paine on the TDC and Lt. CDR. D.W. 'Mush' Morton next to him using an ISWAS attack sliderule during a torpedo attack. Wrongly stated as Lt. R.H. O'Kane when the Navy released the photo. O'Kane would have been on the periscope.
