SHIMADA, Masuda, Major, I.J.A.
SHIMADA was a graduate of the Japanese Military Academy and Army War College. He served as Staff Officer throughout the war and was a member of the Military Affairs Section of the Army Headquarters in TOKYO. He presented a concise report concerning the deployment of Japanese Army troops in the KURILES. SHIMADA was intelligent, cooperative and painstaking in detail. ww2dbase
